I’m a wife, a mom of two sweet girls, a bonus mom of three brilliant kids.
For the past 9 years, I’ve worked as a Speech-Language Pathologist across just about every setting—schools, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, outpatient, in-home therapy, and virtually. If there’s a place where communication or feeding support is needed, I’ve probably been there.
But my real passion started the moment I became a mom.
When my first baby was getting ready to start solids, I was overwhelmed by the amount of misinformation online—trendy advice that wasn’t safe, wasn’t research-based, and definitely wasn’t aligned with how babies actually grow, learn, and develop.
I remember thinking:
“How are moms supposed to feel confident when the advice is so confusing?”
That moment changed everything.
I shifted my career toward empowering moms with simple, safe, evidence-based feeding steps that actually support your baby’s development — not complicate it.
Today, I help families move from stressed and unsure to calm, confident, and connected through feeding, speech, and language. I’m here to walk with you through the transition from milk/formula to solids, navigate picky eating, and understand exactly what’s going on in your little one’s development.
Because motherhood is beautiful — but it’s also a lot.
And you deserve someone in your corner who gets it.
I want you to know this:
You are not alone.
You are doing better than you think.
And I’m so glad you’re here. 💗
Let’s make feeding (and parenting) feel easier — together.
